Description: 1979 George Foster autographed Cincinnati Reds professional model home jersey. White home jersey has Reds team logo patch on left front chest and player number "15" on right. Number also appears on back below the name, "Foster." Rawlings tag on inside front tail notes the size (42) and adjacent is a "Set 1 1979" flag tag. Usage and wash wear evident throughout along with a small area of discoloration at lower back. Signed in marker, "George Foster Gamer 1979" rating 8 out of 10. One of the most feared hitters of the 1970s, George Foster was a key member of the Big Red Machine teams which dominated the National League in the middle part of the decade. He twice lead the League in homeruns and in 1977 was named Most Valuable Player. Fondly remembered he is a fan favorite and member of the Reds Hall of Fame.
