Description: 1975 Jim Lonborg Philadelphia Phillies professional model road jersey. Powder blue jersey with Phillies "P" left on left front chest and number "41" on right. The number on back along with a "Lonborg" nameplate have been skillfully replaced. A "Lonborg" embroidered strip tag appears in the collar and an additional on front tail reads "46 75 Set 2." Also present on front tail is a Wilson manufacturer's tag noting size (46). Evident usage and wash wear throughout with some scattered fraying and a few loose stitches.
