Full page letter dated Feb. 15, 1940 and written on his personal stationery has been signed at the close, "Best wishes as ever, Walter Johnson." Content relates to his post-baseball career in politics and was written as he was running for a congressional seat in Maryland's 6th District. In fine condition with a hint of light toning and some minor scattered wear along with typical mailing folds. Handwriting/signature rate 8 out of 10.
