Description: 1970 Danny Thompson Minnesota Twins Rookie season professional model road jersey. Gray flannel jersey with "Twins" across the front in scripted logo font has player number "11" on back. Period team logo patch appears on left sleeve. In the collar is an "Thompson" embroidered strip tag and "Thompson 11 42 70 Set2" is stitched in front tail (this denotes player, size, year, and set number). Below is the "Spalding" manufacturer's tag with adjacent size "42" tag. Exemplary all original condition with expected usage and wash wear throughout. Includes a 1970 Twins yearbook (revised edition, EX/MT overall) in which he can be seen wearing a similar (possibly same) jersey and LOA from Hunt Auctions: EXEstimated Price Range: ($2,000-$4,000)
