Description: 1915 Charles "Kid" Nichols signed Missouri Valley College Athletic Association contract. Two page agreement whereby Nichols agreed to tender his services as a coach from March to June of 1915. Signed on the second page, "Charles A. Nichols" in period fountain pen rating 8 out of 10 with numerous League and school officials above. Light toning with typical (faint) fold lines and a touch of corner/edge wear. Nichols went on to manage the team through the 1915 and 1916 seasons. Very rare in this format and one of the earliest signed pieces we have seen or handled.
