Description: Lot of (4) late 1930s Johnny Pesky trophies with related photographs. Grouping of presentational pieces dating to Pesky's earliest days playing baseball as seen in a vintage (c.1940s) sepia toned 5"x7" photo. Includes "McElroy's Ballroom Trophy, Outstanding Infielder Oregon State Baseball Tournament 1938, Johnny Pesky" (13" tall, fully intact); "Jim Nutter Trophy, Leading Hitter 1939, Won by Johnny Pesky" (13" tall, fully intact); "Frank Bashor Trophy, Outstanding Infielder 1939, Won by Johnny Pesky"; additional figural trophy which can be seen in the photo but no longer has engraved placard affixed (11" tall, bat broken off). Also includes 6"x7" cabinet mount (trimmed at top) with composite photo of the 1937 Bend Elks attached (as noted in ink below).
