Description: Rare 1930 Notre Dame Fighting Irish team signed photograph with Rockne (National Champions). Sepia toned composite photograph (7.5"x17.5" overall in vintage frame) showing team member likenesses set over the background of their famed Stadium. Signed throughout by a total of (36) with most having done so either over or directly next to their respective image with notables including Rockne (lower front center, 5 to 5/6 out of 10), Hunk Anderson, Frank Leahy, Moon Mullins, Tom Conley, and Frank Carideo. Fountain pen signatures rate 5 to 8 out of 10. Photograph displays light toning/silvering with moderate visible wear mostly taking the form of a series of vertical wrinkles/creases (some having more dramatic effect). Outstanding piece representative of what many consider to be one of the best collegiate teams ever fielded and very scarce with few similar examples having entered the market.
