Description: 1943 Branch Rickey and Pee Wee Reese signed compensation memorandum. Two page typed recount of a July 19, 1943 meeting between Rickey and Reese in which details of his compensation for the 1942 season were discussed. Each has initialed the first page and signed the document at close of the second attesting to the validity and Reese has handwritten numerous pieces of information including his address at the Naval Air Station. Framed for display with file copy of additional letter (measures 15"x30.5" overall). Light general toning and typical fold lines. Includes auction LOA from JSA: Sigs.
