Description: Bill Mazeroski professional model cleats attributed to the 1960 World Series Game #7 Walk Of Home Run. Pair of original black leather cleats worn by Bill Mazeroski during the 1960 World Series including the game #7 walk off home run. The cleats were bronzed shortly after the World Series along with the bat which was used that day as well and have remained within Bill Mazeroski's personal collection since that time. Although bronzed, evident usage wear is clearly visible inclusive of surface creasing to the leather along with interior wear consistent with use. The cleats have been mounted to walnut wooden plinths for display. Fascinating to envision that upon these very cleats touching home plate on that date of October 13, 1960 the game became official in one of the greatest World Series games ever played. The cleats are currently not autographed by Bill Mazeroski but may be signed should the winning bidder desire as much.
