The win touched off an unprecedented run of (5) consecutive Championship seasons, a feat which may never again be duplicated, all coming under the guidance and leadership of the "Ol Professor." Heavy stock 14"x17" parchment with color filled accents reads in part, "To Charles Dillion Casey Stengel...No.1 Major League Manager in 1949 for winning the American League Pennant and World's Series."
