Description: May 14, 2012 Placido Polanco 2,000th hit/home run lineup card and set of onfield bases (MLB Authentication). Nice grouping of pieces as used at Citizens Bank Park in game vs. Houston which saw Placido Polanco hit a home run for his 2,000th career hit. Includes first, second, and third bases which were onfield at the time and original dugout lineup card. Bases by Schutt Sports have Phillies team logo placards at sides and all retain original metal backing anchors. Large format heavy stock lineup card has pertinent game information printed at top with player names and lineup changes hand lettered on.
