Signed on the cover by (22) including George Halas, Sid Luckman, Bulldog Turner, George McAfee, Joe Stydahar, Ken Kavanaugh, and others. Period fountain pen signatures rate 7 to 8 out of 10. Program displays moderate scattered corner/edge wear with game score notation on front cover which has small section clipped from upper right corner. Interior center page is loose but present.
