Description: Otto Graham c.1940s handwritten letter on Navy stationery with Orders for Active Duty and Discharge related paperwork. Original typewritten "Orders for Active Duty" as sent to Otto Graham dated February 10, 1944 having his name and address filled in at top; August 13, 1947 letter with numerous pieces of attached period paperwork sent to Graham with information regarding replacement of his discharge papers; Includes lengthy handwritten letter filling the front and most the back of "United States Navy" logo embossed stationery. The letter was written to his parents in fountain and is signed at the close, "Otto Jr." rating 8/9 out of 10. Letter has typical mailing folds and a touch of very light wear; orders in similar condition with original mailing envelope displaying considerably more.
