Description: Yale football decorative porcelain water set c.1900-1905. Matched set of five pieces consisting of a large water pitcher (11" tall) and four handled mugs (5" tall). Front of each piece features a hand painted Yale football player with school insignia on the back panel of the mugs and pitcher. Signed at lower right "F.Earl Christy" with Avon manufacturing hallmarks underneath each piece.
