Red and black stitched Tamazawa brand "American University League" baseball has been signed by (16) including Gehrig, Averill, Berg, Brown, Cascarella, Ebbing, Foxx, Gehringer, Hayes, Gomez, Mack, McNair, Miller, O'Doul, Quinn, and Warstler. Mack and Ruth are secretarial signed. Period fountain pen signatures rate 7 to 9 out of 10. Ball displays moderate even toning with period coat of shellac applied and retains well defined stampings.
