Presentational copies of the "Constitution and Playing Rules of the National League of Professional Base Ball Clubs" as published annually. All stated years represented with duplication to some. All in black leather wrap which is gilt lettered at lower left "Compliments of Ford C. Frick." Varying degrees of mostly moderate exterior wear which largely takes the form of touch to corners/edges and some chipping.
