Presentational copies of the "Constitution and Playing Rules of the National League of Professional Base Ball Clubs" as published annually. Spanning 1919-1934 and only missing 1920 and 1924. All in black leather wrap which is gilt lettered "Compliments of John A. Heydler" at lower left (1926, 1927, and 1928 lettered in green). Varying degrees of mostly moderate exterior wear which largely takes the form of touch to corners/edges and some chipping.
