Description: Baseball player folk art figure c.1910-1920s. Charming hand carved figural player in uniform with gloved hand and baseball in other. Stands approximately 10.25" tall retaining a good portion of its original paint with exceptional surface and patination. One arm and the other hand have light seams and it is not apparent if this is the result of production or repaired cracks. Small chip to nose.
