Description: 1980 Philadelphia Phillies World Series trophy presented to Harry Kalas. Original high quality figural trophy fashioned after the full sized version representing one of the most recognizable and desirable Championship season mementos. Those with direct provenance to noted franchise figures are seldom offered with this example representing the best to have come to market with a direct chain of ownership to a team icon. Stands 12" tall featuring brass pennants with team names around the perimeter of a large brass circle with a crown finial. Phillies and Royals World Series press pin facades adorn the center area. Brass band which encircles the base has been lettered "World Series Champions Philadelphia Phillies 1980 Harry Kalis" on the front. Rectangular white sticker affixed to underside of trophy has been signed "Harry Kalas HOF 2002" in ink rating 8 out of 10. The trophy remains very clean with minimal overall wear.
