Description: 1984 President Ronald Reagan "Harmon Killebrew Day" proclamation display. Framed 15"x19.5" display housing presentational copy of June 18, 1984 "Harmon Killebrew Day" proclamation as was signed into law by President Ronald Reagan. The document has raised seal at top and facsimile (printed) signature at bottom. Mounted below is a pen similar to that which Reagan used while in office. Although it can not be stated with certainty, it is likely that this is the pen which Reagan used and later presented to Killebrew. It has long been a tradition of Presidents to make such presentations. Includes autopen signed photo from Reagan to Killebrew and period copy of "Congressional Record" which lists the approval having been forwarded from the offices of George Bush with his return address label on outside.
