Description: Eddie Stanky hand painted folk art baseball attributed to George Sosnak c.1989. Original hand painted baseball has been intricately detailed and stenciled on all panels. Entire ball surface inclusive of leather between each stitch has been decorated and/or lettered with Stanky's statistics and biography along with White Sox team logo and scene of him in New York Giants uniform making a throw as runner slides into base. Although not signed we are fully confident it indeed represents the work of Sosnak. Sentiment lettered at top of one panel is dated "1989."
