Description: Harmon Killebrew presentational c.1965 Native American headdress and related peace pipe. Large 37"x32.5" shadowbox style frame housing an ornate headdress. Inset with the background matting is December 2, 1965 dated certificate reading in part, "Notice...is hereby given that Harmon Killebrew Chief Four Bases Many Times for outstanding civic service is made a chief of Pocatello." Also within the display is a peace pipe (dating uncertain) which has "Presented by Floyd Taylor Patrick Neal" etched at top. Both pieces appear finely made and well preserved with intricate beadwork remaining intact. Includes letter of provenance from Nita Killebrew: Apparent NMEstimated Price Range: ($500-$1,000)
