Signed by the first picks of the then expansion Carolina Panthers and Jacksonville Jaguars Kerry Collins and Tony Boselli. Also signed by the artist Charles McKimson and hand numbered 240/250. Black marker signatures rate 7 to 8 out of 10 with a touch of hairline smudge. Light wear/scuff and includes same sized football field illustrated background.
