Desirable game jersey from their October 3, 2011 Monday night game vs. the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in which Vinatieri kicked a 45 yard field goal and 2 extra points. White pullover jersey with number "4" sewn on the front, back, and both shoulders. "VINATIERI" nameplate is sewn across the back, and his "C" captain patch is sewn below the right side of the collar. Proper "11-46" strip tag is sewn in the collar, denoting the year and size. Vinatieri signed the jersey in silver paint pen. Signature rates 9 out of 10. The jersey exhibits light overall usage wear.
