Reach red and blue stitched W.Harridge OAL baseball has been signed by (19) highlighted by (10) Hall of Famers including Ruth, Gehrig, Lazzeri, Sewell, Combs, Gomez, Dickey, McCarthy, Ruffing, and Pennock. Coach Art Fletcher has signed twice. Signatures are done in period fountain with Ruth (7/8) being the strongest and Gehrig rating (6/7). Balance rate 2 to 6/7 out of 10 with most falling in the 5 to 6/7 range. Ball displays mild toning/soiling and moderate scattered wear with several rust colored spots. Includes period snapshot photograph of Babe Ruth at Wrigley Field which our consignor has relayed was taken at the time the ball was obtained.
