Description: Reggie Jackson autographed professional model baseball bat c.1977-1979. Adirondack 302 model baseball bat with "Reggie Jackson" block lettered in barrel end measures 35" long and weighs 35.3oz. Model number "288RJ" stamped in knob which also bears period black marker "44" notation (also appears on barrel end). Usage wear evident throughout inclusive of ball transfer and stitch marks and several small rack marks. Light coat of pine tar visible on handle and a circular impression appears where a batting donut would have lodged. Autographed on the barrel, "Reggie Jackson" in black marker rating 8 out of 10. Note that MEARS has defined the labeling period to 1971-1979 while PSA has narrowed it to span 1977-1979. Very fine example from the most storied period of his Hall of Fame career in which Jackson lead the New York Yankees to a pair of World Series Championships.
