Description: Derek Jeter autographed professional model baseball bat c.2001. Louisville Slugger 125 model baseball bat measures 33.75" long and weighs 31oz. "Derek Jeter" facsimile signature and model number "P72" are burned into the barrel end. Exceptional usage wear is evident throughout, inclusive of deeply embedded stitch and ball transfer marks with Jeter trademark pine tar application on handle. Signed on the barrel in silver paint pen rating 8/9 out of 10. The bat includes a copy of letter signed by Jeter on Steiner Sports letterhead, which states that it was used in the 2001 World Series. Although this can not be definitively confirmed, this remains one of the nicer Jeter bats that we have seen with regard to use, characteristic pine tar application, and overall display value.
