Description: Grover Cleveland Alexander et. al autographed baseball c.1930s. Large period fountain pen "G.C.Alexander" signature rating 7/8 occupies a full side panel of this baseball. Also signing are several other period notables including Frisch, Sugden, Grimes, G.Davis, Rip Collins, and Paul Chervinko. Balance of signatures rate 6/7 to 8 out of 10. Ball displays moderate soiling and scattered wear with light coat of shellac applied. League stampings are largely faded/obscured. Alexander signatures of this quality are seldom encountered on baseballs and were this a single signed example, it would easily be valued at double our estimated range.
