Description: Mike Flanagan autographed professional model baseball glove c.1977. Wilson A2002-XLC model right handed baseball glove as used by noted Baltimore Orioles star Mike Flanagan, has his jersey number "46" written in blue ink. Includes a period handwritten letter on team stationery reading "Well fella's this is the best I can do - This is my game glove from 1977" signed "Mike Flanagan." In addition, it is very likely that this is the glove he is wearing on his 1978 Topps card. Glove has also been autographed on interior pinky finger area in ink rating 6/7 out of 10. Moderate evident usage wear and light soiling. Flanagan won (15) games in 1977, played in the All-Star Game the following season, and went on to capture the AL Cy Young Award in 1979. He was a member of the 1983 Orioles Championship team and remained with the club in various roles throughout his post-playing days.
