Description: Gil Hodges professional model baseball bat c.1961-1963. Adirondack 302 model baseball bat with "Gil Hodges" facsimile signature in barrel end measures 35" long and weights 33.5oz. Model number "106A" stamped in knob end. Evident usage wear with visible ball transfer marks and a touch of grain separation primarily concentrated on back of barrel. Outstanding first baseman remembered as a key member of the Brooklyn Dodgers "Boys of Summer" and an often touted candidate for future induction into baseballs' Hall of Fame.
