Description: Rare Joe DiMaggio Louisville Slugger advertising display piece c.1940s. Very scarce color lithographic advertising display from the Hillerich & Bradsby series features a caricature of DiMaggio holding a bat with numerous cartoon scenes surrounding. 17"x21" Matted and framed with some light staining at the top right. Display has a few relatively minor surface creases, and a few small border tears, most of which are not visible under matting. One of only a handful of documented examples of the DiMaggio poster from this popular Louisville Slugger related advertising series: VG-EXEstimated Price Range: ($1,000-$1,500)
