Description: Mission oak rocking chair with baseball decoration c.1910. Oak rocking chair in the style of the Arts & Crafts movement dating to the early 20th century. The crest of the chair back features a carved baseball game scene including pitcher, catcher, and batter in an outdoor setting. Originally one piece of the three piece parlor suite, which rarely surfaces in the marketplace. Chair has some general light usage wear and measures 34" tall and 24" deep. Crack in right arm has been professionally repaired as has small crack at edge of crest: EXEstimated Price Range: ($3,000-$5,000)
