Description: Babe Ruth single signed baseball c.1930s with related material. Red and blue stitched Johnny Evers Co. Association League baseball has been signed on the sweetspot, "Babe Ruth." Vintage fountain pen signature rates 7/8 out of 10. Ball displays a fine even coloration with a subtle hint of toning and the panel to the left of the signature appears to have had some additional handwriting removed. The ball was obtained by a member of the Harrisburg Senators while the team played an exhibition game against the Yankees in the 1930s. Includes period newspaper account of the game as well as numerous clippings related to the career of Flood, photo of Flood in uniform, and Official Player Release Notices from (2) teams he played on.
