Ink signature rates 6/7 out of 10. Includes 4.25"x5.5" paper stock photograph likewise signed in ink rating 9 out of 10. Photo has "JCPenney" and "WTAX Radio" titling. Both pieces were obtained, together, at a promotion appearance Paige made for the Department Store and Radio station.
