Printed strip tag in the collar reads "21-48-97-2" denoting player number, size, year, and set number. Blue Jays team logo patch on left sleeve and "Jackie Robinson 1947 1997 50th" Anniversary patch on right. Autographed on the front, "Roger Clemens 21 Rocket" in silver paint pen rating 8 out of 10.
