Features a red colored background stone with inset 1/2 karat diamond on the top face with "Baseball All Star 1990" lettered around the edge. Left shank bears relief of the National League logo, right has 1990 All Star Game logo. Interior band stamped "Balfour Auralite." Moderate wear throughout.
