Description: Hall of Famers and stars autographed baseball with Babe Ruth c.1930s. Reach W.Harridge OAL baseball has been signed by (21) including Ruth, Gehrig, Grove, Mack, Medwick, Collins, Dickey, DiMaggio, Greenberg, Hartnett, and others. Ink signatures rate 6 to 8 out of 10 with Ruth the strongest (8) and Gehrig (7) displaying and slight background smudge/transfer. The ball was likely signed at an All-Star game in the mid 1930s and possibly was brought to more than one such event. The majority of those having signed played in at least one All-Star Game. Ball exhibits moderate even toning with a very light coating of shellac applied in the period and a small scuff to one panel.
