Description: 1984 Olympics First Pitch Baseball autographed by Robin Roberts with related materials. Official 1984 Olympics baseball inscribed, -First Pitch Olympics Robin Roberts" all of which is in Roberts' hand. The ball itself exhibits some light age toning and soiling with the signature rating 8/9 out of 10. Roberts served as a consultant for the US team which featured Mark McGwire and Barry Larkin. It is unclear as to whether the ball was the first pitch of a particular US Olympic game or the Olympic baseball games in general. The ball is accompanied by a presentational medal inscribed on the back, -USA Baseball Team Pre-Olympic Tour June 11-July 30, 1984 Presented by US Baseball Federation"; GE USA uniform patch; and a Sixth Ring USA Olympics pin.
