Two sided typewritten document having been signed by Roberts in black fountain pen at the bottom left. Reverse displays U.S. Army insignia along with printed name of Roberts: EX. The lot also includes 1957 Honorary Member of US Air Force certificate signed by Major Jack Carpenter having Roberts' name printed at top: EX. Includes LOA from JSA (Roberts signature) and letter of provenance from the Roberts family.
