Description: November 20, 1960 Eagles vs. Giants program and ticket stub from famed Bednarik hit on Gifford game with press photograph. Desirable original program and ticket stub issued for game in which Eagles line-backer Chuck Bednarik leveled Giants halfback Frank Gifford. The play has become one the most famous in NFL history and the resulting image is surely one of the most widely reproduced on the era. Program (EX-EX/MT) exhibits light general handling wear with hardly noticeable vertical centerfold. Ticket (VG/EX-EX) shows age toning throughout with scattered creasing. Also includes period press photograph of the play date stamped "Nov 28 1960" on verso and Chuck Bednarik (modern era) signed 3"x5" index card.
