Inside are manufacturer's tags along with handwritten player number "4" in black marker along with what appears to be custom padding modifications and pair of Velcro circles. "7 3/8" Size notation refers to affixed Schutt faceguard. Signed in black marker, "Brett Favre" with added "2001, 3921 yds - 32 td" inscription rating 9 out of 10.
