Description: Gillette World Series countertop advertising sign c.1950s. Partially die-cut full color countertop advertising display for Gillette shaving products with central theme being a baseball player catching over outfield wall with "Gillette broadcasts the World Series" sign prominently displayed. Body of display exhibits minimal wear with light corner and edge wear and small crease at upper right corner. Portions which extend beyond show creasing and somewhat more pronounced wear with foot and gloved hand having been reaffixed with tape.
