Description: 1911 Philadelphia Athletics team photograph. Rare period panoramic photograph depicts the World Series Champions in uniform with Shibe Park as the backdrop. Visible area measures approximately 8"x22" with small handwritten fountain pen identifiers near each player. General, very light wear throughout with only notable flaws being a small chip missing from lower left corner (similar appearing section of photo placed within frame), 1" surface crease near center, and 1" tear and minor water stain at right edge. Framed to 15.5"x29.5" overall. The A's were in the midst of a mini dynasty having won the 1910 World Series the year before. They would go on to win it in 1913 as well and capture the National League title again in 1914. Lead by Connie Mack they counted among their ranks future Hall of Famers Eddie Collins, Frank Baker, Chief Bender, and Eddie Collins who anchored Mack's famous $100,000 infield: EX-EX/MT
