Description: Rare "Jackson" professional model baseball bat with attribution to Travis Jackson c.1926-34. Spalding Model 200 bat measures 35" long and weighs 37oz. Hand turned bat shows evident use including ball marks, cleat marks, stitching impressions, and a handle crack with period tape repair. "JACKSON" stamped on barrel end with Spalding logo impressed on knob end. During the labeling period of the offered bat Travis Jackson was the only Major League player with the last name "Jackson".
