Description: Duke Snider autographed professional model baseball bat c.1950s. Louisville Slugger 125 baseball bat with Duke Snider signature burned into the barrel measures 34" long and weighs 33oz. Model C117L has been stamped in knob end. Exhibits moderate usage characteristics in the form of wear to barrel end. Refinished using a high gloss urethane and signed in marker, "Duke Snider, Gamer, Brooklyn Dodgers" rating 8/9 out of 10. When viewed from the back, there is a visible handle crack repaired with nails and a pair of holes drilled in, presumably to aid in display. Bat retains outstanding display qualities and is a fond remembrance of one of Brooklyn's most beloved stars. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions: Bat EX, Sig.
