Very fine quality figural trophy as presented to Spook Jacobs in honor of capturing the 1948 MVP award for the Tri State League measuring 31" tall with three detailed figural players positioned on a mahogany wooden base. Applied brass placard on the base is inscribed, "Presented to Forrest V. Jacobs Most Valuable Player 1948 Tri-State League Baseball Writers Assn".
