Description: Fine Babe Ruth autographed large format photograph c.1924. Visually impressive sepia toned 10"x12" photograph is signed on the front in vintage black fountain pen, "Babe Ruth, July 12th 1924." The signature, rating 5/6 out of 10, is an uncommonly early example and visibility is slightly improved by ideal placement. Notable wear is largely confined to the edges/corners with corner chipping along the right edge and a small portion missing at bottom. Retains fine eye appeal with central image displaying at a better level than the technical grade would indicate.
