Desirable 19th century baseball themed children's toy is a vivid reminder of the social status of African Americans during the Victorian era. Bank retains approx. 70% of its original paint and remains in fine working order. Missing its original coin trap under the base and the bat appears to be a period replacement (commonly seen).
