Eight page draft written in pencil to Donald Fehr congratulates Fehr on "new working agreement" and expresses disappointment at Fehr's allowing Bud Selig to "take credit for all of your hard work". Letter goes on to chide politicians and team owners for hypocrisy in promotion of family values and morality and solicits Fehr to create a position for Flood with MLB as a goodwill ambassador of sorts. Letter mentions Rachel Robinson and Mickey Mantle among others. Corrections and edits appear throughout. Flood signs the letter "Curt". All writing rates 8-9 out of 10.
