Description: ***UPDATED DESCRIPTION*** Lot of (11) New York Yankees vintage autographed photos c.1960s. Eleven 7 1/2"x9 1/2" (visible area) color photographs of Yankees players in uniform posing with Harold Youngman are each inscribed by the respective player to Youngman. Players include Johnny Blanchard, Al Downing, Hank Bauer, Frank Crosetti, Phil Linz, Joe Pepitone, Jim Bouton, Ralph Houk, Ralph Terry, Elston Howard and Yogi Berra. Photos mostly retain outstanding clarity and color with the exception of a few that have faded slightly. Inscriptions are generally quite legible, averaging 7 out of 10 with exception of Houk being somewhat light. The photos were obtained by Mantle's business partner Harold Youngman from the period of 1961-63 and were displayed at Mickey Mantle's Holiday Inn in Joplin, Mo. The photos remain in their original matting and frames, just as they hung for decades in the hotel's bar and memorabilia room: apparent NMEstimated Price Range: ($1,500-$2,500)
